This Repertory is a product of the research on the "Mindszenty Files" known as well as "Cardinal Files" or "His Eminence Files", conserved originally in the American Legation in Budapest, Hungary (from 1966 Embassy) during the years 1956-1971. A scholarly interest is supposed, it can be useful for all those, who want to control the large material and to consult it under various aspects. In this Repertory is offered a list in chronological order of all documents of any importance, conserved in the six boxes as part of the Budapest Post (or Lot) Files.

Repertóriumunk a budapesti amerikai követség (1966 őszétől nagykövetség) Mindszenty-anyaga hat levéltári dobozának leírását tartalmazza előbb az őrzési egységek sorrendjében, majd időrendben, feltüntetve azt is, hogy mely dokumentumokból találtunk más példányokat az amerikai levéltárak egyes fondjaiban, illetve mely dokumentumok jelentek meg idáig eddigi publikációinkban. A repertórium tartalmazza az újságkivágások listáját, az eddig vizsgált dokumentumok statisztikáját, továbbá a leírásban említett személyek mutatóját, a Msgr. Sabo File tartalmát, végezetül eddigi publikációink listáját.
