Az egyes pontokhoz szorosan kapcsolódó forrásokat és egyéb szakirodalmat az vonatkozó szövegrészeknél feltüntettük. Ebben a listában az ezen felül felhasznált, általában több ponthoz kapcsolódó dokumentumokat soroljuk fel. Ide kerültek továbbá azok a tételek is, amelyek bár szorosan kapcsolódnak egy-egy szűkebb témakörhöz, azok tárgyalásánál közvetlenül nem használtuk a tartalmukat.
A listát közelítőleg időrendben rendeztük. A legfrissebb tételek a lista végén, a nem dátumozottak legelöl találhatók. Az egyes források elérését – a szövegközti hivatkozásokat is ide értve – a megjelenés előtt utoljára 2011. szeptember 5-én ellenőriztük, de ezt az adatot nem tüntetjük fel külön minden tételnél.
