Az előadás Kozma 2000-ben megfogalmazott gondolatát szeretné az elemzés középpontjába állítani, amelyben a szerző először mutatta be, és próbálta értelmezni a magyar pedagógiai kutatások paradigmati-kus szétválását (széttartását?). A Kozma által jelzett, a pedagógiatörténet etapjaihoz is kapcsolható, de elsősorban a neveléstudományi kutatások interdiszicipli-náris és alkalmazott jellegéből adódó "paradigmatikus" osztottság az ezredfordulóra intézményesen is rögzült, az egyes kutatóműhelyek céljai, módszerei között nem igen volt/van átfedés. A párhuzamos egzisztencia a mai napig feszültségeket kelt, sokak szemében inkább gyengíti, mint erősíti az MTA neveléstudományi kutatásokkal foglalkozó tagságát illetve bizottságait. Előadásomban nem elsősorban erre a polémiára szeretnék reflektálni, inkább arra vállalkoznék, hogy kitekintve a nemzetközi pedagógiai szakirodalomra elhelyezzem Kozma szövegét egy tágabb diskurzusban, kísérletet tegyek arra, hogy a sokféle "paradigma"-értelmezést rendszerezzem, s végezetül a Kozma cikke által kiváltott hazai diskurzus állásáról is egy rövid áttekintést adjak.

This lecture undertakes to analyse the identical and different features in the development of the Hungarian dual vocational education by presenting the changes regarding the stakeholders' policy. The scheme of voca-tional education, the structure of qualifications and the regulation of content have changed in many respects during the latest 25 years in Hungary. However, each transformation must consider and integrate the results and values of the endeavours made during the previous eras and learn from their mistakes and deficiencies; thus the system of VET is to provide the conditions of the evolution of the pupils' talents, vertical and horizon-tal accessibility, disadvantage compensation and talent development as well as outputs adequate for the labour market and the possibility of further education because these factors serve the interests of the pupils, the employers, the parents and so the society. The lecture provides, according to the aspects of education science, a comprehensive overview of the changes in the priori-ties of Hungarian VET policy having taken place during the latest two decades.
