"A leading idea of this paper is that the results of inquiries into the bases of law are not indifferent to the concept of law. Its concept has to be shaped in a way to include the results of the said inquiries. Such an analysis may lead to a concept of law wherefrom all interconnections between the law and its bases can be deduced."
